The Fort Worth Club is very proud to have our own Executive Pastry Chef, Kelly Patkus, on staff with us to make the most amazing cakes for your wedding or special event.
After receiving a degree in business, Kelly followed her passion for cooking and attended Johnson and Whales, where she studied pastry arts. She worked at the Cloisters Resort, a five-star, five-diamond resort in Georgia and competed in the TCA Food Show in Dallas in 2009, earning a silver medal. She works with renowned pastry chefs from around the country, including Darren Aoyama, ranked the number two pastry chef in the world in 2004, and Melisa Root, the 2008 ACF Culinary Olympic team pastry chef.
Kelly’s biography and portfolio speak for themselves. Luckily, both a bride’s cake and a groom’s cake are included in each of our Wedding Packages! Each couple gets the chance to meet with Kelly to not only decide what their cake will look like, but also what flavors will be included. The sky is the limit for your custom cake creation!
