The Fort Worth Club is a unique venue because of the combination of available space, volume of events, and personal attention that you don’t see at many other event sites. We are similar to a hotel in the amount of events that we host, continually changing our room set-ups to accommodate breakfasts, lunches, dinners and receptions for 5-500 people. And yet, we are still an intimate private club at heart, offering the top-of-the-line service and attention to detail that Club members expect.

Meghan Phillips, CWP
Director of Catering and Special Events
Responsibilities: I joined the FWC team in 2011 as the Wedding Coordinator. While I worked with brides, I also started this blog and assisted with other Club marketing and special event initiatives. In 2013, I was promoted to the Director of Catering and Special Events so now I oversee our department and am also responsible for all member events, such as Mother’s Day Brunch, Boxing Night, Holiday Boutique and Pancakes with Santa.
Notable : I am a Certified Wedding Professional and have also served on the board for the DFW Chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering and Events) for the past four years.
Hobbies outside work: It doesn’t matter if I’m at home or work, I love themed parties! I also enjoy spending time with my husband and three children and I volunteer with several non-profits including Arlington Urban Ministries and The Birthday Party Project.
Sarah Wilbanks
Corporate & Non-Profit Events Manager
Responsibilities: I specialize in corporate and nonprofit events with guest counts ranging from 10 to more than 250. I especially enjoy collaborating with local nonprofit groups such as The Net and The Bobby Bragan Youth Foundation.
Notable : I previously worked at Fort Worth Museum of Science and History planning exhibit grand openings and events.
Hobbies outside work: I enjoy spending time with my five fur children, taking Pilates, and travelling to new places.
Hillary Maynard, TWP
Catering Manager
Responsibilities: I help with all sorts of events here at the Club, but I specialize in planning weddings and social events.
Notable : I recently completed my Trained Wedding Planner Certification (TWP) through American Association of Certified Wedding Planners (AACWP).
Hobbies outside work: I enjoy shopping, cooking with my husband and planning fun activities with my family.
