The Fort Worth Club offers more than just special event and wedding reception space- we also host Rehearsal Dinners regularly! Kay Watson helped us spread the word about our additional services at our Wedding & Special Event Showcase by designing a gorgeous tablescape in our Bistro Room, one of the more popular Rehearsal Dinner spaces on our 12th floor. Starting with a more masculine color palette, Kay was able to add in special details and dark, bold floral to help soften the rich earth tones. She proves that a rehearsal dinner, while traditionally a more “casual” event, does not have to be boring. With small details, like a cigar favor and special menus and cards, Kay was able to personalize the place settings and make it special for the more intimate gathering before the big reception.
Jewel-toned floral from Kate Foley Designs accented the copper and rust colored linens and chairs from Ducky Bob’s Classic Party Rentals, creating the perfect combination for our Bistro Room. All of the special details were pulled together with expertly designed paper products from Art by Ellie. The menus, chair signs, favor labels, and place cards really pulled the whole look together nicely.
