2013 Bridal Showcase: Horizon

Get ready for even more Bridal Showcase Beauty! To continue our promise to spread the Bridal Showcase love throughout several posts, today is another great feature!

The Horizon Ballroom actually included several planners, each claiming a section of the large space and making it their own!

Planners in the Horizon included: Tara Wilson of Tara Wilson Events, Lauren Schmidt of The Creative Touch, Events by Lauren, and Shannon Schultz of Shannon Schultz Events.

2013 Bridal Showcase: Camellia Rooms

As we mentioned yesterday, there was so much beauty and creativity at our Bridal Showcase this year, that we couldn’t possibly limit ourselves to one wrap-up post. So each day we will be featuring a new space with all the talent and style that it included! All photography is provided by Tracy Autem Photography.

Today’s feature is the Camellia Rooms, designed and coordinated by Sarabeth Quattlebaum of Sarabeth Events. These two rooms were highlighted as both a cocktail/lounge space and a ceremony room.

2013 Bridal Showcase: Terrace

The Bridal Showcase this year was so spectacular that we can’t possibly contain all the photos in one post! Instead, we will be sharing the photos room by room, with some extras thrown in there as well. All photography is courtesy of Tracy Autem Photography, and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it all turned out!

The first space to show is the Terrace. This space was designed by Tami Winn at Tami Winn Events, and it was gorgeous!

Featured Wedding: Elisabeth Grado and Will Christensen

Elisabeth and Will were married on Friday, December 28th at Holy Family Catholic Church, and held their reception here at The Fort Worth Club in our Horizon Ballroom. It was a gorgeous affair that mixed our traditional holiday decor with fresh, modern design from Julie Eastman at Extraordinary Events and Design.

St. Patrick’s Day Milkshake Shooters

Here is a fun treat for a St. Patrick’s Day wedding or party: Grasshopper Milkshake Shooters!

They are so simple to make and will add a special touch of “green” to any event!

Simply mix together the following ingredients in a blender:

3/4 ounce Green Creme de Menthe

3/4 ounce White Creme de Cacao

2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream

Garnish with chocolate shavings or a sprig of mint and enjoy!
