With several rooms available to accommodate 50-200 guests, The Fort Worth Club is happy to help you plan your perfect ceremony.
Depending on your guest count, ceremonies can be held in the Terrace, The Trinity Room, Sunset, Camellia I, The Grille, or the Top of the Town Ballroom.
Our ceremony package allows brides to host their ceremony and reception in one unforgettable location, making both the planning process and the day-of event easier on both the bride and the guests. Ceremonies are limited to guest counts of 200 or less and are subject to room availability. In addition to the package price, the food and beverage minimums for the chosen ceremony room must be met, as well as the food and beverage minimums for the chosen reception space.
Ceremony Package includes:
· Use of Ceremony Room for up to three hours (Specific Room to be determined based on group size and availability; time includes set up, ceremony and post–ceremony photographs)
· Dressing room for the bride
· Fort Worth Club Banquet Chairs (including set up and tear down)
· Sign-in table with specialty linen
· Gift table with specialty linen
· Altar table with specialty linen
· Collection of gifts at ceremony to be moved to reception area
