The Fort Worth Club offers more than just special event and wedding reception space- we also host Rehearsal Dinners regularly! Kay Watson helped us spread the word about our additional services at our Wedding & Special Event Showcase by designing a gorgeous tablescape in our Bistro Room, one of the more popular Rehearsal Dinner spaces on our 12th floor. Purple and Green are perfect reception colors. Whether you choose to use them as linen colors, like our specialty Kiwi and Eggplant Lamour tablecloths (included in Wedding Packages) or just use them as accent colors within your floral arrangements, they work together to create an elegant color combination for any event.
Justine, of Justine’s Flowers, used our lamour linens as accent cocktail table colors and coordinated them with the floral on her main tablescape. Starting with a base of white, she really made the purple and green pop in her modern, yet classic design.

When a talented planner and an amazing rental company team up to create a tablescape, something magical happens and instead of a table, you get a room within a room. Megan and Rachel, the ladies behind Gold Dust Vintage, and Lucia Bitnar of Foster Blue and Company teamed up to create an incredible lounge area in the middle of our Horizon Ballroom. Every event needs a unique element to make it unforgettable. Whether it’s something the guests have never seen before, like an over-the-top floral design, or something interactive that they have never experienced, the “WOW” factor is created by thinking outside of the box and doing something different. Emily Clarke with Emily Clarke Events created that unique experience for our Wedding & Special Event Showcase guests with a custom “Bridal Lip Bar” this past Spring. Every party needs a little BLING! Chelsey Arnal and her team at Events & Experiences definitely brought the sparkle when they displayed at our Wedding & Special Event Showcase this Spring. Their tablescape included a lovely gold sequin overlay with bright pops of pink and white. The combination is sure to make anyone smile!

Our Wedding and Special Event Showcase is all about showing our brides and clients what can be done in our space with added floral, decor, and lighting to really make their event uniquely theirs. Some events have a lot of money to spend on these items, and some have a more conservative budget. Our goal is to present ideas and displays that fit every budget, taste, and style.
Kelly Norvell of Bridal Blooms Fort Worth took this idea to a new level by actually creating a trio of tablescapes in a range of budgets. She showed examples of what can be done at three different price levels, while proving that you don’t need to spend a ton of money to have an elegant table setting. Did you know that The Fort Worth Club offers private rooms for our brides and her bridesmaids to get ready before their ceremony and reception? At no additional charge, we can offer one of our smaller banquet rooms for the ladies to hang out and get ready all morning while their hair and make-up artists come to them. We can provide a spread of snacks and champagne to be sure everyone is fed, as well as some pre-packaged favors to-go for the ladies to enjoy later in the day! At our showcase this Spring, we teamed up with Bliss Bridal Salon, Lip Service Makeup and Renn Does Hair to show off how you can add a Bridesmaid Room to make your special day even better!
