Think beyond banquet chairs!

When you are styling your room, think beyond the typical seating arrangements and include unusual furniture combinations to help break up a monotonous room layout. Even if you can’t pull it off for every seat in the room, adding accents of fun furniture here and there will help your room look inviting and unique! At this head table, Suite 206 Luxury Event Rentals combined a sofa, two arm chairs, and three dining chairs to create a comfortable and stylish set-up. Who wouldn’t want to eat at a table like this? Wedding & Special Event Showcase 2014: Sarabeth Events

Our newly renovated Camellia Rooms are the perfect space for a romantic dinner or special event. Tucked in a corner of the 12th floor, these two small rooms can be joined together for an intimate ceremony and reception with close family and friends. Sarabeth Events designed both rooms at our recent Wedding & Special Event Showcase, and really showed off the reds and golds of the room with perfect accents of floral, decor, and furniture. Hosting an outdoor event in Texas can be a huge risk. Between the heat, the rain, and the ever changing humidity, it’s hard to predict what the day will hold! Instead, how about finding a way to bring the outdoors in?

Lauren Scott of Lauren Scott Events did just that with her rustic, garden-inspired tablescape. Using natural floral and decor elements, Lauren was able to provide the feeling of “dining al fresco” within the comforts of our Horizon Ballroom. (All Photos by Tracy Autem Photography)

Wedding & Special Event Showcase 2014: Justine’s Flowers

Purple and Green are perfect reception colors. Whether you choose to use them as linen colors, like our specialty Kiwi and Eggplant Lamour tablecloths (included in Wedding Packages) or just use them as accent colors within your floral arrangements, they work together to create an elegant color combination for any event.

Justine, of Justine’s Flowers, used our lamour linens as accent cocktail table colors and coordinated them with the floral on her main tablescape. Starting with a base of white, she really made the purple and green pop in her modern, yet classic design.
